Nicole Slomp

Physiotherapist

Nicole's approach to physiotherapy is simple: care that's clinically sound and genuinely enjoyable to be part of.

About Nicole

Nicole has been practicing since 2010, following an undergraduate degree in Exercise Science from the University of Lethbridge and a Master's in Physical Therapy from the University of Alberta. She holds a Diploma of Advanced Manual and Manipulative Therapy and FCAMPT certification, and is trained in advanced spinal manipulation techniques, functional dry needling, and IMS (intramuscular stimulation), along with a range of soft tissue mobilization techniques.

Nicole commonly works with patients recovering from sports injuries, everyday bumps and bruises, and more complex injuries such as those from motor vehicle accidents. She also brings particular experience in vestibular rehabilitation and post-concussion care. Her approach pairs hands-on treatment with tailored exercise programs, and she believes dedication and teamwork go a long way in supporting a patient's progress.

Raised on a farm in Southern Alberta, Nicole grew up playing nearly every sport imaginable. She stays active through soccer, slow pitch, snowboarding, golf, and hiking, but spends most of her time outside work driving her two boys to their games.
