Chiropractic
Your spine plays a central role in how you move, feel, and function every day. Chiropractic care focuses on assessing and addressing issues with spinal alignment, posture, and mobility, helping you stay active and comfortable in daily life.
What is a Chiropractor?
Chiropractors assess how your spine and joints are functioning and use manual adjustment techniques to help address areas of restricted movement. Many patients seek chiropractic care for issues like back pain, neck pain, headaches, and general mobility concerns, as well as for ongoing wellness and injury prevention.
Your First Visit
Your first appointment starts with a review of your health history and current concerns, followed by a hands-on assessment of your spine, posture, and movement. Your chiropractor will walk you through what they find and discuss a care plan built around your goals. Care is tailored to you, and may include adjustments, soft tissue therapy, exercise guidance, and ergonomic advice.
Is Chiropractic care for me?
Patients come to us for a wide range of reasons: back and neck pain, headaches, joint stiffness, sports injuries, and general mobility concerns. We work with people of all ages and activity levels, from weekend athletes to those managing changes in mobility over time. Chiropractic care is also commonly sought as part of an ongoing wellness routine, not just when something hurts.
