Therapy
Massage therapy involves manipulating soft tissue to support muscle and joint function and improve blood and lymphatic circulation. Techniques may include muscle stripping, fascial release, and other approaches used to support physical function and recovery.
Benefits of Massage Therapy
Massage therapy may help with range of motion, tissue health, pain and inflammation, and tight or restricted tissue. Many patients also find it supports relaxation and stress relief. It's commonly sought by people of all ages for a range of concerns, with each session tailored to your bodies specific needs. Our massage therapists often collaborate with other healthcare providers to support your overall care.
Your First Visit
You'll fill out a health history form, and the massage therapist will walk you through an initial consultation to determine what techniques and approaches to utilize. Your therapist will explain the treatment before starting, and your comfort is a priority throughout. You'll be draped with a sheet during your session, with only the area being treated exposed.
Coverage and Billing
Most health insurance plans offer coverage for massage therapy, though some require a physician's referral. Check your policy for your specific requirements ands allotments. We offer direct billing to make your visit more convenient.
